The Diablo Property Owners' Association (DPOA)
connects the residents through social events, communication, beautification and education of our treasured 100+ year history. Residents support the work through annual contributions.

A $200 contribution maintains our Entrances, installs Patriotic flags and Holiday decor, funds community Socials like Halloween, Holiday and History Walks, and covers production costs for the Diablo Directory, Newsletter, and Welcome baskets for new residents.

We need MORE HANDS! Our board has dwindled to a very small group, and we require additional volunteers to continue all the community focused activities this year. If we don’t receive any sign-ups for a committee, we will have to cut back activities this year.

We put a lot of love into our seasonal planting and whimsical decor at the entrances, lending library and post office. Our budget also covers the basics like water, weekly maintenance and pest control.

Neighbors come out to meet each other at events such as our Summer Fiesta, Diablo History Walk, Halloween Trick-or-Treat, and the Holiday Light Golf Cart Cruise.
We raise flags along Alameda Diablo and Avenida Nueva entrances to honor patriotic holidays. We sell flag kits as a fundraiser for the DPOA.

Interpretive history walks that tell treasured stories of preserved homes and the country club.

A charming, quarterly newsletter sent to the community on the latest happenings.

Warm welcome introductions, gifts and information about Diablo delivered to new residents.

We share activities that make Diablo a special place to live on Instagram and NextDoor.

Community volunteers organize an annual food drive to support the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano Counties.
