It’s time to make your annual contribution to the Diablo Property Owners’ Association. Just $150.00 for 2021.
Thank you for helping to make Diablo such a special place!
We put a lot of love into our seasonal planting and whimsical decor at the entrances, old bus shelter and post office. Our budget also covers the basics like water, weekly maintenance and pest control.
Neighbors come out to meet each other at events such as our Summer Fiesta, Diablo History Walk, Halloween Trick-or-Treat, and the Holiday Light Golf Cart Cruise.
Volunteers raise flags along Alameda Diablo and Avenida Nueva entrances on patriotic holidays throughout the year. Double your contribution and receive your very own flag kit to keep.
Interpretive history walks, preserved homes, and treasured stories about our past.
A charming, quarterly newsletter mailed to all residents.
Warm welcome introductions, gifts and information about Diablo delivered to new residents.
Through fun updates on social media, we share what makes Diablo special!
Small town feel, with a big impact!
Our mission is to enhance the community
through beautification, social events, communication, and historic preservation.
The DPOA is run by community volunteers and funded by annual contributions by residents.
Formed in 1929, it is one of the oldest such organizations in California. Though our owners' association possesses no legal power, it acts as a sounding board and works with other organizations to facilitate community affairs.
