DIABLO'S CITIZEN OF THE YEAR 2021
Since 1971, the DPOA has been recognizing residents who do exceptional work in our community by honoring them as Citizen of the Year. Jan Novak conceived of and led the program to tell the stories of our long time residents via “Diablo Honors”. She has led the effort to improve the pandemic inspired lending library, deliver warm welcomes to new residents, recruit volunteers, and always thinks creatively about ways to improve the DPOA. Thank you, Jan, for making our community a special place.

DIABLO'S CITIZEN OF THE YEAR 2020
Each year the Property Owners' Association recognizes residents who make an impact in our community. Jill Denis is Diablo's Citizen of the year for 2020. Jill is the creative mastermind behind all the seasonal decorations at post office and the adorable holiday scenes at the old bus shelter over the past few years. It’s a true labor of love.
